What is this page?
It explains how Tortato processes the data of visitors to www.tortato.com.br, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

What data is processed?
The site has no forms, sign-up or login.
Browsing data, only if you accept: pages visited, where the visit came from, device and browser type, approximate city and IP address. It is collected by Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, each according to the purpose you accepted.
Before you choose, Google receives signals with no cookie and no identifier, and Meta receives the request to load its script, which includes the IP address.
If you write to our email, we process your address and what you wrote, only to reply.
On what legal basis?
Measuring visits and advertising: your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it.
Recording your cookie choice, cookieless signals sent before the choice and replying to messages you send us: our legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX).
Who is the data shared with?
With Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel), only for the purposes you accepted. We do not sell data and do not share it with anyone else, except under a legal obligation or court order.
Does the data leave Brazil?
Yes. Google and Meta process data on servers outside Brazil, mainly in the United States.
How long is the data kept?
Each cookie lasts for the period shown in the cookie policy. In Google Analytics, browsing data is kept for at most 14 months. For Google Ads and Meta, each company's own policy applies.
Your cookie choice is valid for 180 days. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
What are your rights?
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can ask at any time for:
- confirmation that we process your data
- access to the data
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the law
- portability of the data to another provider
- deletion of data processed with your consent
- information about who we share the data with
- information about the option not to consent and what happens if you decline
- withdrawal of consent

We reply within 15 days. If the answer does not solve it, you can file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Can this policy change?
Yes, when the site changes what it collects or who it shares data with. The date at the top shows the last update. If the change adds a new tool, the cookie notice asks for your choice again.
